EBS Automation Attend Machinery Directive Training Programme
EBS Automations Design Engineering department recently attended a Training Programme to update them on the changes to the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) which must be implemented by 29th December 2009 throughout the European Union. This legislative requirement ensures that manufacturers conform to certain essential health and safety requirements (EHSRs). Machinery that conforms to all relevant requirements can then carry the CE mark, which shows compliance with the EHSRs of the Machinery Directive and all other relevant Directives.
