Commissioning Special Purpose Machines
The EBS automation group use their skills and experience to commission and test the machinery that has been built.
This is a key activity that follows a documented system developed by EBS ensuring that, a machine specific pre-defined process is followed recording the results as we progress.
Not only will the machine be tested to ensure that it meets the design input requirements, it will be tested further by inducing fault conditions and thereby satisfying its robustness for the harsh production requirements that it may experience.
Our engineers are continually learning and adding to our experience base and thereby enabling EBS to improve and update our commissioning and testing methods.
